This Diploma Programme is instructed with the intent of making each learner business-ready, who is a confident, independent thinker with detailed knowledge of business and management and is equipped with the skills to adapt rapidly to change.
The C3S Business School’s OTHM Level 4 Diploma Programme offers the fundamental knowledge, comprehension, and abilities related to business operations, policies, procedures, and processes needed to function well in a business setting. The units integrate academic and research skills, business and global operations, finance and accounting, business communication, leadership, and teamwork with practical knowledge.
The content of this qualification includes understanding the management of business communication, the business environment and organisations in a global context, business functions including people management, quantitative methods in business, finance for managers, and research and academic writing.
The qualification is perfect for people who have begun working in the public or private sector of business or who intend to do so. Upon earning the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, students will be able to advance to either further education or employment.

You have the option to continue to the C3S Business School’s OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Business Management after completing the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, in addition to other options across a wide range of academic progressions. You are also eligible to gain direct entry into Year 2 of a three-year UK Bachelor degree programmes as this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).
Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how communication shapes patterns of social interaction, the expression of cultural values and norms, political practices and relations of power, and our positions as local and global citizens.
Upon completion of the programme, learners will be able to use a variety of methodological tools to analyse interpersonal, intercultural, and rhetorical discourse that structures everyday interactions in both our public and private lives.
Lastly, programme finishers will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the possibilities, problems, and history of discourse and deliberation in democracy and be prepared to use their knowledge to work for a just and more humane world.
The objective of our programme, BA (Hons) in Business Management is to give students a strong foundation for pursuing careers in various organizations. This qualification prepares learners to be ‘business ready,’ fostering confidence, independent thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of business and management, along with the ability to quickly adapt to change.
Graduates of BA (Hons) in Business Management are offered roles such as Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Analyst, General Manager, Business Process and Design Analyst, Procurement Manager, Business Development Manager, and International Sales Manager, among other positions.
