The Student represents and warrants that all information and documentation provided to the Institution, whether during the application, enrolment, or course participation process, are complete, accurate, true, and authentic.

In the event that any information or documentation provided by the Student is found to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent, the Institution reserves the right, following appropriate verification, to withdraw the Student from the programme with immediate effect. In such circumstances, the Student shall not be entitled to any refund of fees paid, without prejudice to any additional rights or remedies available to the Institution under applicable law or institutional regulations.

Students enrolled under a student visa are required to comply strictly with all applicable attendance requirements and immigration regulations throughout the duration of their studies.

Students are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to the conditions of their visa and for ensuring continuous compliance with all relevant immigration laws and requirements.

Any change to a student’s immigration status, visa conditions, or right to study must be reported to C3S Business School immediately. Failure to do so may affect the student’s enrolment and continuation on the programme, in accordance with institutional policies and applicable law.

C3S Business School reserves the right, and where required by law or regulatory obligation, to disclose a student’s personal and academic information, including enrolment status, academic progress, and attendance records, to the relevant immigration or governmental authorities.

Such disclosures shall be made strictly in accordance with applicable immigration laws and data protection legislation.

To secure a place on a programme, applicants must pay either the full tuition fee or a minimum deposit of seventy-five percent (75%) of the first-year tuition fees, in accordance with the Refund Policy.

All deposits are paid solely to reserve a programme place and are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly permitted under the Refund Policy and subject to applicable administrative deductions.

All admitted students must pay the full tuition fees no later than thirty (30) days prior to the official programme start date, unless an approved payment plan has been agreed in writing.

Students who fail to pay fees by the applicable deadline may be denied access to classes, learning platforms, assessments, and institutional services until payment is received in full.

Where a payment plan has been approved, students must strictly comply with all payment dates and conditions. 

Failure to comply with the terms of an agreed payment plan shall render the plan immediately void, and all outstanding tuition fees shall become due and payable in full, without prejudice to the School’s other rights under this contract and the Refund Policy. 

Non-payment of tuition fees or breach of payment obligations constitutes a material breach of the student contract. 

In such cases, C3S Business School reserves the right to: 

  • Suspend the student’s enrolment; or 
  • Terminate the student’s enrolment at any time. 

No tuition fees or related charges shall be refunded to any student suspended or dismissed under this clause, in accordance with the Refund Policy  17657999458036. 

Where required by law or regulatory obligation, non-compliance may be reported to the relevant authorities, including immigration authorities. 

Tuition fees may be subject to revision. Any changes shall be applied in accordance with applicable law and shall not affect fees already paid, except where expressly permitted by the Refund Policy. 

C3S Business School reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of ten percent (10%) per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full.

In the event of continued non-payment, C3S Business School reserves the right to refer the outstanding debt to a third-party debt recovery agency, without further notice. 

For this purpose, the student’s personal data may be disclosed strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 
Any costs, fees, or charges incurred in connection with debt recovery shall be added to the outstanding balance and remain payable by the student. 

The student is can apply for a refund. An amount of €200 (administrative charges) and €300 (registration fees) will be deducted from the tuition fees. In case the courier service has been used more than once, an additional €100 will be deducted. As per our refund policy, the refund process may take up to 60 working days from the date the refund application is received. For more detailed information, please refer to the Student Contract.

C3S Business School reserves the right to amend, modify, or update any published programme or course where necessary. All programmes and courses are offered subject to sufficient student enrolment and may be varied, postponed, or withdrawn at the School’s discretion in accordance with institutional policies. 

C3S Business School reserves the right to amend programme start dates where necessary. All course schedules, timetables, and academic calendars are indicative and subject to change in accordance with institutional requirements.

C3S Business School endeavours to provide continuous access to online learning resources and supplementary services; however, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Access may be temporarily restricted or interrupted due to technical issues, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of C3S Business School.

Students are required to conduct themselves at all times in a manner that upholds respect for C3S Business School, its staff, fellow students, members of the public, and School property. 

Any breach of the Student Code of Conduct may be treated as misconduct and, where deemed serious or repeated, may constitute gross misconduct. Such breaches may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from C3S Business School, in accordance with institutional policies. 

Attendance is compulsory for all students enrolled in in-person programmes. Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of seventy-five percent (75%) throughout the academic year, or such higher threshold as may be required under applicable immigration or visa regulations. 

Students are required to notify C3S Business School by email prior to the scheduled class time in the event of any absence. Failure to provide timely notification shall result in the absence being recorded as unexcused. 

The accumulation of three (3) unexcused absences in a single course, or a failure to meet the minimum attendance threshold, may result in suspension from the course and may trigger further disciplinary action. 

Where attendance falls below the minimum level required for visa compliance, C3S Business School reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting the student’s attendance status to the relevant immigration authorities, in accordance with applicable law and regulatory obligations. 

The Student acknowledges that any request to change, defer, or withdraw from a programme must receive prior written approval from C3S Business School.

Failure to commence the programme on the scheduled start date without prior written notification to, and approval from, C3S Business School shall be treated as an unauthorised withdrawal and may result in immediate termination of enrolment. In such circumstances, no refund of fees shall be payable, in accordance with the Refund Policy and Student Contract.

Where a Student withdraws from the programme, defers without approval, or otherwise disengages without prior consent, C3S Business School reserves the right to recover any outstanding tuition fees or charges due under the Student Contract, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, C3S Business School, together with any affiliated entities and third parties acting on its behalf, excludes all conditions, warranties, representations, and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection or education legislation.

C3S Business School reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any such amendments will be communicated by publication on the School’s official websites, and students are advised to review these regularly. 

Any material changes to C3S Business School’s Privacy Policy shall be notified to students directly in writing, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 

  1. The student warrants that all documents and information supplied are true, authentic and correct.
  2. Where the student has supplied incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, the student will automatically be withdrawn from the course, and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
  1. Students on a visa must adhere to the Attendance and Immigration Regulations.
  2. Students must familiarize themselves with Immigration regulations and at all times abide by the conditions of their visa.
  3. Students must inform C3S Business School immediately of any change to their immigration status.

C3S Business School reserves the right to disclose a student’s details, including academic progress and attendance rates, to the immigration authority.

  1. To book a place on a course, you must pay either the full fee or a minimum deposit of 75% of the fees for the first year. All deposits received are for the sole purpose of reserving a course place and are non-refundable, save as provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
  2. All accepted students are required to pay the FULL tuition fees 7 days prior to the start date of the programme.
  3. Students who fail to pay their fees on time, C3S Business school have the rights to revoke all their benefits and cancel the admission
  4. Tuition fees are subject to change.
  5. C3S Business School reserves the right to report offenders to the authorities, including the Immigration Office.
  6. Non-payment of fees – C3S Business School reserves the right to suspend and dismiss any student, at any time, for non-payment of fees or breach of student contract. No fees will be refunded for any student dismissed under this clause.
  7. The School reserves the right to charge interest at 10% per annum on overdue amounts, accruing daily from the date that such payments become due.
  8. The School expects all students to adhere to the terms and conditions of their payment plan, which includes submitting payment on the date it becomes due. A failure to comply with the terms and conditions of your payment plan renders any payment plan ineffective. As a result, the School may bring the payment plan to an end and reserves the right to recover all outstanding fees.
  9. Please note that in relation to overdue amounts, the School also reserves the right to pass this matter to our debt recovery company without further notification to you. This means that your data will be passed to our debt recovery company for further action. For the avoidance of doubt, should your data be passed to our debt recovery company in order to recover any overdue amounts, your liability to pay will be increased by additional fees and charges.

C3S Business School reserves the right to alter published programmes. All programmes and courses are available subject to student demand.

C3S Business School reserves the right to alter start dates of programmes. All course timetables are subject to change.

C3S Business School does not guarantee availability of the online resources and other added value services due to reasons beyond C3S Business School’s control, including technical faults and limitations.

Students are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for C3S Business School, its staff, fellow students, members of the public and C3S Business School Property. Breaches of the student code of conduct may constitute gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from C3S Business School.

Attendance is mandatory for all in-person students. A minimum 75% attendance must be maintained during the academic year.

Students must notify the school by email prior to class in case of absence; otherwise, the absence will be considered unexcused.

3 unexcused absences in a single course will result in suspension from that course.

  1. The student agrees that he/she cannot change, defer or withdraw from the programme without prior consent from C3S Business School. Any failure to start the course as scheduled, without prior notification of the school’s authorities, will lead to expulsion from the course. No refunds will be given.
  2. Where a student has withdrawn from the programme without prior consent from C3S Business School, C3S Business School reserves the right to pursue the student for outstanding fees.

To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute common law or the law of equity.

C3S Business School Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We communicate changes through updates to our websites. It is advisable to regularly check for updates. This excludes changes to C3S Business School’s Privacy Policy, which will be notified to you in writing.
